From Navan:
Take the N3 to Dublin and Dunshaughlin . After 6 miles you will cross straight through 2 small roundabouts over the evil M3 desecrating the sacred landscape. About half a mile beyond this you will see a small brown sign for Tara. Turn right and drive carefully up this narrow road, parking in the car park at the top of the road.
From Dunshaughlin:
Take the N3 to Cavan/Navan. After passing a crumbling mud and stone building which is being ignored by our national heritage turn left at the small brown sign for Tara and drive carefully up this narrow road, parking in the car park at the top of the road.
Tours will start from the main gate on the right hand side of the car park - as you face the archaeologically rich hill.
Please leave your pet elephant at home as it will not get through the swing metal gate.
